Efund of money

Dear sir,

i want to say that i booked a ticket of hrtc bus online for 5 oct from shimla to joginder nagar of

9:00pm iam charged rs. 231 from my pnb bank debit card, after that on 4 oct i cancelling my ticket at the time of cancelling web site shows me that they will refund me 169 rs then i canceled my ticket it show 169 rs refunded but i dont get money back. Please help me.
