Charges of Yahoo Zone

I am Airtel user since I am using Prepaid airtel service. My contact no. is 9867114910.

I had accessed Yahoo on my cell in the month of june only, but Airtel has charging me for the same in every month.

For the monthe of NOV charges Airtel have sent me SMS and end of the message they have mentioned if you want to desubscribe, kindly click on http://203.199.114.183/yzu. I have done the same through my cell and mesage is displaying "page not found."

Every month Airtel is deducting Rs. 10 for Yahoo zone, which is i am not using.

Kindly take required action and stop deducting such charges.

We expect better service from Airtel and hope you will give priority to customer's complaints.

Revert on urgent basis and confirm the same.
