Extra Payments

I have been issued a credit card by HSBC bank on my request & application form in second quarter of year 2006. I was using this card and making regular payment to HSBC Bank. Generally i got payment letters from HSBC Bank monthly. This card got expired in Feb. After that i was not getting any kind of communication from HSBC Bank e.g. mails, letters etc.

It appears that after card expiry they sit silently. Now somehow they awoke after around 8/9 months and sending me letters for remaining payments. These remaining payments are only finance charges and service taxes. For every month they added these payments and now the sum is becoming around 12000.

Can you please help in this, how can i file a complaint against HSBC Bank for these unusual & unfair payments.

They are also saying that we have submitted your credit profile to CIBIL.

They are not doing good and just making the customer faulty for this.
