HSBC BANK THREATING ME TO NAME ME IN DEFAULTER LIST

My name is Dr. Radheshyam Sharma. I am from Nagpur.

HSBC bank had sent me TATA-AIG Policy (Policy No-mrp25000052443) on July on basis that if not suitable they will refund to me later. But on behalf of minimum charges bank sent me large amount.

I used HSBC credit card (just twice (16 Oct & 17 Oct) & made payment on due date (14 Nov'08).

I already told them to withdral this TATA-AIG Policy within their defined limit day.

even then bank threating me to name me in defaulter list if I not pay accordingly them.
