Withrawing money 5days before duedate

Sir,

i took personel loan from hsbc bank in april.i received due date statement from bank in 18th nov.2005.your due date on 5th of every month.they present ECS on 5th of month few months. Later on bank started present on ECS on 1st .i talk 2 customer care &submit written complainton 5th feb but no reply from bank. It is difficult 2 me clear ECS on 1st because i am getting payment 3rd or 4th. This matter i already discuss with bank person before i took loan.
