HSBC Bank
The Bank is not provideing EMI facility

Dear Sir / Madam

I Dharmendra Desai husband of Marilyn Dharmendra Desai.

My wife is holding HSBC Bank Credit Card NO: 4476 9299 9684 6876 for last one year. And we are purchased of Rs.30000 around and paid once Rs.10000 and balance amount by monthly minimum amount dues payment upto Rs.10000 to 15000 still bank added Finance charges and other charges and send last outstanding amount of Rs.23000. We are requested to bank by customer care for closing a credit card and provide facility for EMI so we paid hole amount. but last four months credit card department said to us pl clear minimum amount after we provide this facility and we are paid monthly minimum amount and after said that this facility is not provide our bank And they are calculated its Interest charges and other charges and send bank statement monthly.

So, i am humbly requested to you please solve my problem.
