Recovery Agent Complaint

This Coplaint regarding My credit card payments, As per me i m ready to do settlement of card. but they people tease me & my family last 30 days continueously one reprsentative from HSBC Collection centre to my home & misbehave (kuch galiyan) to my family in my residence that is major impact for me & my family. Due to some problems (health) in my home i m not ready to give payments immadietly. i already make promise to them i will give one PDC cheque for Dated 10-07-08 for my minimum payments but they people don't listen me. they call me & my relatives phone regarding that & use some abuse language that i cann't explain there words. they vanished up my all image now they torcher me in my office what i can do i want really sattlement what i can do best please haelp me to resolve this issue
