Redumption of Reward Points

Sir,

I have redeemed some reward points in last October and I have received a reply on October 30 saying that my gifts would reach me within 2 weeks from the date of the letter. The Bank Reference Number is 291008-955266. But I have not yet received the items I have selected.

I have made several phone calls to Telephone Number 044-25269696 wwaisting my time with no positive results.

Can I expect your Gift Box at least in January?
