Funds has not been reimitted

Dear Sir/Madam,

Hi, I am Sabiya and I submitted my PF form in my previous company on 03/08 and they submitted to Hyderabad office on 22/09. My PH account number is AP/HYD378976756. My money hasnt been credited to my SB account yet. When I called up the Hyderabad PH office, the staff was very incoperative and said that funds has already been credited into my account in December and hung up, not bothering to listen. I request you to please into the matter and update me.
