Harasing A Non- HSBC Customers

Hello,
Recently i received a call from HSBC (a call center executive from Delhi), the executive spoke in hindi, said i am HSBC account holder, i have a due to pay, and he said that I have this account with them over 10yrs now and i am working with some company, i told the Executive, I never had any Credit card till date nor i was eligible to have a card ten yrs back, the executive claimed i was working for an company called Anchor, he said my name is so and so (some name), i am was like.. "Sir, i am not that person mentioned and was never an employ of the company mentioned ", Exceutive said, he cant do anything about that and he wants me to pay the Due, or else face the consequences, they would send a notice.. i said i would complaint to the consumer courts and put case against them, the Executive hung up abruptly.
Again i would like to stress upon my words to HSBC, TILL DATE I NEVER HAD ANY CREDIT CARD FROM ANY COMPANY.,
I would like to request Gov. of India to take Severe action against this company, i think this company does some "luck dip draw" from some database they gather from and picks ups someones name & someones phone number and call up and harass,
