Overdue charges

I have a HSBC credit card. Card No. is 4476 9299 8900 3204. final amt. of this card is 25174/- last due date is 10/03/09. i had given 25200/- to HSBC dated 30/03/09. because HSBC collection executive said to me that no extra charges or overdue will not be charge from you till 30/03/09 if you will pay 25174/-

Besides the above statment I received MY very next bill on 15/04/09 with due amt. of Rs. 2559.52 which is totaly unjustified and i am not position to pay this amt.
