TATA AIG Insurance Policy

I Umesh chaubey, Hold a HSBC debit card. In Feb 08 i have received message Rs1, 400 and something has been debited from your acoount for TATA AIG policy, I have shocked and called HSBC customer care and asked the region for deduction from my debit account without informing me. After long discussion they have cancelled the policy # ccp20000018723 and told me respective amount will be get credited in your account within 7 working days. I have waited for 10 working days but nothing has happaned so I called again and asked for refund but they have given me same answer but nothing has happened.

Since they have not resolved the issue from past three months, refundable money has not credited in my account yet .still iam waiting for my money
