Reg Lifetime Free Card

Hi sir,

This is Compalint regarding a fraud which done by HSBC cards.when I applied for a HSBC credit card they said this is life time free card and i was using this card from past 2 years without any problem. Now suddenly they have charged annual fee against my card. When i call to customer service they are telling this is not a life time free card. They have not informed any thing regarding this even asking so many times they never said this is not a life time free card.but after chargin annual fees they are not ready to reverse back the charges.

Please have a look into this issue with priority Now they sarted charging what ever they wanrt can i expect to our govt to stop these type of fraud.
