HSBC Crdit Card
Access Amount charged in crdit card

I had a crdit card of HSBC since 2006 in my current month they have charged me 820 extra which i have not supposed to pay when i called up there customer care for the clerification the customer care executive is unable to explain the same and disconnect my phone it happens twice (28th march at 4.10pm) and i can not find the way to resolve this issue this is a clean cheating with the customer nothing else.
