HSBC Credit Card
FUNDS LOCKED

I have a HSBC Master Card xxxxxxxx5684

Have made excess payment once and since 3 months HSBC is not allowing any witdrawals and have blocked the card. Numerous mails like below has no afffect and even visiting their HO at Blore and giving a written complaint has no effect still..

This is a serious blunder keeping customer's money and not allowing it to spend/return. Even when we ask them to cancel the card they are turning deaf ear. Anyone calling the customer care no will ave to old phone for over 1 hour!!

How can i take action against this bank and make them pay?
