Membership fee for life time free card

my name is sudheesh, Iam holding a hsbc credit card classic

In 2007 i got a call from hsbc credit card section for issance of hsbc lifetime free card, representitive told me that its a lifetime free credit card there is no joing fee and annual fee, and no other hidden charges after that i confirm with hsbc customer care they also told me its life time free card.one year used last year they sended one statement and they put Rs 700 for annual fee, i called their customer care ask for this fee, at that time they tell sorry they made mistake then this amount reversed.now this year they put Rs 700 without proper communicationas primary card membership fee, again i called custmer care at that time they told me that hsbc is not yet given life time free card so you should pay this amount, he shouted me for paying amount, wat can i do.his name is prasad from chennai hsbc credit card section.banks are cheting normal people .i am a normal man, i am facing finacial tight.in this time what can i do, to whom i will contact to solve the problem. they told me verbaly i cant record so please take a action.
