HSBC Credit Card
Non adjustment of payment released

I was using credit card ref. No. 4384599998939465 issued by HSBC bank. The due payment was released to them on time through ICICI bank cheque Ref. No. 102760 in Feb'05 and the cheque got cleared on time. Still after four years, the outstanding payment is not cleared and every month I am getting credit card statement.

I have escalated no. of times through emails / phone calls to HSBC credit card Noida branch I was asked to provide the account statement from ICICI bank and the same was mailed to HSBC wherein it is clearly shown that the said cheque is cleared and amount is credited to HSBC. But further there is no action from HSBC on the same. The account statement is enclosed for your reference.
