Non confirmational policy & charges

I M Having credit card No.4476929992591013

Without my confirmation HSBC added charges for TATA AIG Policy in my acount. I called several times for last 1 year.also sent mails. They said the charges will be wiped off but all in vain. Now they are adding interest each time & sending me statement. I have torn off the card & sent back it to bank on 03.10.07
