Charged Annual Fee on Free Card

HSBC offered me Free Credit Card more than three years ago now after three years they have issued me a bill of Membership Fee for the current year. When I emailed to Customer Care and Nodal Officer Mrs. Sathya Srinivasan (Email: nodalofficerinm@hsbc.co.in) regarding cancellation of card and remove the fee, she replied 'you have to pay Membership fee. '

My card no is 4476 **** **** 2274.

Mr. Rajnish Bahl who appointed this Nodal officer who does not know they can't force me to pay and keep the card.
