ANNUAL FEES CHARGED ON FREE CREDIT CARD

Hi

HSBC Bank has charged Annual fees for my credit card, and now not ready to reverse the charges. During application for the credit card, their executive informed that the card is free for lifetime, I am using the card since last 4 years without paying the annual fees. But this year they have charged me annual fees and not ready to reverse it. i have already done many E-mail conversation with them but they are not ready to agree.
