Sir,

A credit card no 4384 5999 1539 3119 was issued to my name in year 2005 and it was cancelled in Aug'06. A few days back I received a call from your bank that an outstaning of Rs. 15, 000 on me.

For your kind information, this card was NEVER used and at the time of issuing the card i aws assured that it had been free of any type of charges.

The details of due amount (15, 005) is please send to me as THE CARD WAS NEVER USED.
