Unauthorized transaction

On 7th February HSBC charged my credit card with 2000 Rs with the transaction name as Primary Card membership fee. Since i left the country and my credit card expired long back, i stopped checking my credit card statements which are sent to me by email. They kept adding late charges to my credit card and i didnt know anything about this until i got an email from HSBC threatening me that they will report my file to CIBIL. Before they charged me with 2000 Rs, i had 631.97 Rs in Credit in my account. I am ok with losing the money which i had in credit in my account but i want my credit card account with HSBC closed and i definitely dont want my file to be reported to CIBIL.
