Hsbc gold credit card
Online Payment

This is my first credit card,

I took the card because I was assured by HSBC that I can make payment online from my HDFC card without any extra charges. They also assured me to help in case of any doubt or confusion but there customer care no. is never working 080-25589696.

I have swiped my card on 25th NOV 07' and want to make the payment (1st installment) but till date I hav n't received any bill or any guidance from HSBC how to pay online.

I would request HSBC to improve their customer service and be more transparent to their customer.
