Dear Sirs,

This is further to the Cheque return happened on the captioned PF No. MH/46688/686 Chq no. being 143123 and 174370 drawn in favour of SBI, Greams Road, Chennai. The return reason was mentioned as Joint account.

This is further to my telecon with Mr. Janaki Raman, one of your officer at Bandra, Mumbai office. I had initiated a fresh request through HSBC, HOPE which was sent to the Bandra Office 2 months back. In the fresh request I had provided my HDFC account which is Single. The account no. is 0847102XXX1403.

Kindly check on the same and prioritise at the earliest or revert on the status as I'm kept in dark for the last 1 yr since I left the former organisation. Should you need any further clarifiactions, please write to me @ chikkupie@yahoo.com.
