Free Platinum Credit card issue

I got a HSBC platinum card, that was absolutely free. I confirmed this thrice from HSBC representative. Now they have charged me 7393.62 INR as a part of joining fee and annual fee in my first billing cycle.

I have not used the card once.

Their customer care representatives are also not answering in a positive direction. Can you please help me to resolve this.
