Closing the account

I was as employee for one month i.e Jan to feb. I have left HSBC in Feb. I have not been using HSBC Account since then. I hereby please request you to close or inactive the account. I had received a letter few days back saying that the account has been closed. However again there is a demand for money. I am a jobless person. Please look into the matter & do the needful.
