Not visiting the person and forcefully sell policy to customers

Dear All,

Thanks for logging complaits against HSBC TATA AIG they don't visit to person and explain policy on phone and forcefully sell the policy to customers and while I am trying to cancle the policy they are deducting the amount 800 please help me to resolve this issue the HSBC lady didn't told me that they will deduct the amount. please help
