Tax not submitted by the company

Sir,

My company claims that it has deposited my TDS for the assesment year 09 in the Income tax account of the bank. But as per the document mailed to me by IT dept, after filing my returns, the tax has actually not been deposited into the IT dept account. Whenever I approach my company they give a silly excuse that they will look into it and ask me to come after 1 week that ofcourse never ends. Please suggest me some solution so that I can claim my advance that had been deducted by the company but yet not deposited into the govt IT account.

I am really annoyed that the money that we earn get stolen without notice.
