Not solving my problem

I have a htc mobile model number s-720, the problem is set is hang during out going calls.i have visited rt outsourcing private limited branch dastur mehar road camp pune on 9th of march.they have registered my complain and returned the handset with OK certificate on 26th of march.the set has activated around 8pm on same day and i have found the the problem was the same nothing have been done with the problem.i have visited on 30th of march the have call me on 2nd of April but the problem was not solved.the have given me in written that we will provide you the new handset till 8th of April.when i have visited there they said sorry to me and said that it will take more time.finally they have given me the handset on 16th of april. but the problem was same.they are not using the warranty term and condition's.as the set is cdma i have only this number and due to that im without the phone from 1 month.all the balance is vanished becouse the phone is with him.and due to the problem i have lost thousands of money.please help me in this regard.
