Very urgent very bad feed back about htc sevice

The branch stool my camera from my phone while i just need to fix the signal

Dear Sir

After good day my name is Mohamed Abdo i am service manager in 5 star hotels in dubai, and i am here in egypt for vacation and i will be back to dubai within 1 week

Kindly be informed that i handled my HTC mobile to your service center in Agoza at 13/4/09 to just fix the problem of the signal as the device dropped the signal only

but when i received the message to come to collect the mobile, i found that your reputable team stoll my camera from the mobile and may be also the board itself as i showed it to the customer in charge in this time as he told me we can not fix your phone because it will cost 1400 bound and only the problem was the signal nothing else but when we checked it together we find that the camera was not in the mobile and almost all the other options were not working, and when i asked him where is the camera of the phone he told me we will investigate so which kind of service you delivered to your customer, instead of fix the device the team took the camera and destroy the rest of the option .(i refused to received the mobile)

So kindly be informed that i need my phone completely fixed ..
