Overcharging for online product and delivery

I have ordered for a Assorted Pack of Cadbury chocolates to be delivered to an address in Hyderabad whose cost was RS. 399.00 (Rupees Three hunderd and ninety-nine only) on 7th April.. The site claimed to deliver the product on the same day. But They did not deliver it on the same day. They delivered it on the eveniong of 8th April that too a Dairy Milk chocolate of Rs. 50.00. On my complain they redelivered the product but this time the product was a pack of three chocolates costing Rs. 60.00 (Rupees Sixty). After repeated complaints, they did not pay heed to the case.
