Non Delivery Of flowers but still money debited from my account

Dear Sir,

This is in regard to an order made online through http://www.indiaonlineflorists.com.

I made an order to deliver flowers to my parents on 26th Of Nov but this ordered has yet not been delivered. I have lodge a complaint to this company but as per them they say they had delivered the order. When i go on company website it shows order is still pending.. Below are the details but still the company refuse to accept that they have not delivered the order.

They have deducted the amount of Rs 375 from my account and have not refunded it back. I am not sure on what basis are they claiming that they have delivered the order even though there website also shows that order is still pending. I will be thankfull if Consumer Forum takes some action against them. At least it will help us in reducing online scams.
