Defected Handset

I bought the mobile set 6 months before, it switch off time to time. first i thought this is due to improper handling like some butten pressed that's why. But when give a proper look on it i found that it switch off itself, means this is defected.when a longer talk is made it generate heat an fm of the set is not working fine.i took it to the service center bt they put it for 3 hours and give it back to me but problem is same till now. What i have to do??? Tell me plz.
