i am purchased a bsnl data card its name is huawei mobile connect sir i am complaint in bsnl operators

but they not problem sold. I am living in Maharashtra > Ahmednagar > ahmednagar > chitale road. The data card full range but its web-page opening time is minimum 2 minutes and downloading speed is maximum 2.1kbps. Please sir sold the problem and contact me on my e-mail address. The data card registrar-ed on my father name.
