On the 27th june i wrote a complaint against http://www.nbcindia.com when they refused to honor my order. However on the 8jul08 mr. Sharma dealt with me and the matter was resolved. the order was honored and he was very polite and apologetic on the issue. Sometimes it takes the top person to help us out and i thank consumer complaints in for providing a platform to reach the top. I just wish the site had an option to add comments to this so consumers can update the results of their issues.
