Moblie get warm, Bad Performance Of Mobile

I am purchase my huwaie mobile modle no. C2206 on 6 may i does not work properly, when i talk with some my moblie and my mobile battery getting warm, its throw heat... pls solve my problem. because i am affaird when the get be warm, i feel that may be it getting crack, and i am getting deaf... and it can be harmful for my health...

pls solve my problem...
