I was purchase Tata indicome mobile Dated 12.01.2008

company provided me hanset Huawei C2801 after 6 month (warranty-12 month) which was not work .i was given hanset to company service centre for repairing at Thane.service centre issued me replacement certificate dated 03.10.2008

but company not given replacement because of mobile cover box

i was provided original mobile handset, Recharger, Purchase bill, Replacement Certificate

but company ask for mobile coverbox insted of new mobile set
