EXCHANGE BONUS REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I bought a i10 car from Kahnna Hundai (Kanpur) in February. I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 10, 000/-) will be given in 90 days, I have not received any cheque till date.

Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in May- June I have not received in reply.

I spoke to customer care people (Mr. Sameer Tandon and Mr. Zaidi, Mobile: 09918801007) in Khanna Hundai, Kanpur, he assured be of best service, but no result.
