Yesterday i took a facility of missed call details.for this hutch deduct 30 rps. this i asked from customer care he said to me that your service start after 4 hrs but it will not start after 15 hrs... after this i agin talk to customer the person name is sudeep he said you you switched off your mobile then it will start but it will not be stated... then again i talk to customer care he said that it took 24 hrs... so what is this they are miss guiding the customers only . plz take the action
