Deduction of Rs. for caller tune charges

Dear sir, an amount Rs. 45/- is deducted from my mobile phone 9732734511. Repeated request is made to stop promotion deals. But it is not stopped. I am not eager to have caller tunes or hello tunes, but still nobody is responding and Rs. from accont is being deducted. I seek your intervention not to send any promotional calls or SMS further and not to deduct any amount from my account.
