Discrepancy message

Hi... (You guys dont deserve a warm greeting)

The biggest mistake i made was by subscribing ur prepaid connection... I am not sure from whom am I gonna get a reply for this mail... ur service sucks... Read the strings... Funny and horrible.. You address a mail to someone and a expect a reply from someone else.. This is your company policy..

I feel embarrased when I feel I was a part of hutch (vodafone) all these days.. luckily no more.. YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND IRRESPONSIBILITY MADE ME SUBSCRIBE AIRTEL WHICH I DID NOW, .. You lost a customer of which you should be ashamed of.

In Hutch cust service, A becomes B, C becomes D, Joshi becomes Pavana Bheemaiah.. hah... one can access other's mail??? hahahahhahah... No words in dictionary to describe ur service..

You never tried to understand my issue... perhaps you have all canned statements ready to copy and paste.

My initial complaint was that I was misled by your incomplete message based on which I recharged (validity)... Little did i understood I would be cheated by your service

Your reply validating that the message was correctly sent and it was complete.. Since I didnt have enough proof as I had not saved your message. AS PER YOU ALL YOU SAID WAS RIGHT

Interestingly, would you believe If I say I got one more similar message that is misleading... This time I didnt make the mistake of deleting and have saved so that I can show people how you cheat customers..

All I asked previously was a refund for the amount that you earned by cheating me and you were not ready to pay the same validating your company policy... How good is your company if you cannot refund customer when you can cheat them.. No more hutch connectio.. But its not time for you to rejoice... this will not last there.. I will take this issue seriously.

I am not sure who is gng to reply me now...
