Over flow of Drainange

Dear Sir,

We have been giving complainets regarding the overflowing/ blocked drainange at our house Plot no. 1-3- 183/40/101, SBI colony, new bakaram, Gandhinagar, kavadiguda, hyderabad - 500080, at HMWSSB - Boats club office, they have registerd the complainet in the register on 1st Jan'09 and marked it as problem solved, without even visiting the site. Even after daily followup and calls, they say they will come but no one is looking in to the problem. We have small children at home and they are becoming sick because of this. Today it is already 9th.
