Flowers not delivered and Refund taking very long time

I ordered for a flower bouquet fuit basket delivery from HyderabadOnlineFlorists (www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com) in August 10 . The order was never delivered initially and after follow ups they delivered stale fruits which was rejected by the recipient. I asked them to reattempt fresh delivery couple of times and it never happened.

After that I asked them to refund the money back to my credit card. They took 3 weeks and then came back saying that refund to credit card was not possible and they will issue a check. After that it has been 2 months and no refund has been given. Every time I have to ask them for status and they respond stating that they will send check but till date (4 months after the order was placed) there has been no refund.

I have all details of orders and communications with me
