Dear Sir / Madam

This was the conversation i had ..really dissapointed this types companies are Useless just making money by cheating public. its been one month and my order is incompletly delivered.. even though wrote lot of complaint to them.. you will be shocked to see no one picks up the phone nor reply you..everything is just automated...

This is really not good ..really making my nerves breakdown..

customer service ..but what is the use of it... automated reply all the time.., no one pick up the phone nor mail us back... - colour of roses are just two colours we recieved. i am glad atleast you have delived the flowers and that too not the time i requested... (

I am really dissappointed..
