Drainage water get mixing up with drinking water in chandanagar, Hyderabad

Its been weeks we have been complaining the municipality authorities that the drinking water is getting mixed up with drainage water in the chandanagar area, in Hyderabad. No action had been taken till time. The water is stinky and is black in color. Please help
