EXCHANGE BONUS REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I bought a i10 car from Samara (Delhi) in Sept I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 15, 000/-) will be given in 2 months, I have not received any cheque till date.

Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in Dec. Jan.2009 and Feb I have not received in reply. I even sent a letter to Samara and hyundai mathura road, but no responce.

I spoke to customer care head (may be Mr. Ahmed) in Mathura road head office, he assured be of bnest service, but no result.

I wrote e-mail to Samara for which they replied and promised me to give a cheque the next day. Its been 3 weeks I have not got only excuses and not the cheque.
