Corporate Bonus -Poor customer service

I have purchased a new Santro at the time purchase company offered me a corparate bonus of Rs 4000. They offered me they will issue the check once i have submit the copy of RC book and employement proof. I have subbmitted the same 6 months back. Till now they haven't issued the bonus. when ever i have chased them regarding this they are it is under processing. Very very poor customer customer service
