SANTRO XING

I had purchased a santro xing when it was introduced in 2003 july. Within a period of 4 years i noticed that the metal plates on the rear left door inner side, which is never exposed to rain or fresh water wash has corroded and holed out. On showing it to the service centre in Dec i was told that the picture had been taken and sent to the technical dept and i shd wait for their response. Response was ZILCH.So in April i contacted the top person at the central service centre bangalore and after collecting my car at my cost to sight my complaint again i was asked to be pateint and await some reply by their technical cell. When i have not got any reply till end June on contacting them they say that it is usual to have such a problem after 5 years!!! can anybody tell me how to get justice in this case?
