Hyundai Santro Car
Not received corrected registration copy even after many follow ups

I had purchased a Hyundai Santro Car in December from Suhrit Hyundai in Yusuf Sarai. I had furnished all documents regarding the registration of my car and received the registration number within 3 months. The registration copy which was much delayed (July) had my name wrongly mentioned. The dealership had confirmed to me that they will have the name corrected within a months time and send the Registration copy to my attention. It is now over a year and even after many follow-ups i have not yet received the registration copy of my vehicle.

Who will be responsible if my car meets a mishap or i get questioned on the registration of my Vehicle?

The dealer has caused enough harrasment to me already and i would like this to be resolved at the earliest without any further harrasment.
