Hyundai Santro XK
Non receipt of exchange bonus of Rs 10000

To avail exchange bonus of Rs 10000/=, I sold my Maruti 800 and purchased a Hyundai santro XK model from Ashiana Hyundai, Patna, Bihar on 14.11. I submitted all papers with photocopy of RC book showing transfer of my Maruti to someone else. The dealer told me that you will get Exchange Bonus cheque in a month or two, when after about three months I contacted them, they told me that Hyundai head office is taking too much time and you will receive within 6 months, after about eight months, they told me that it will take about one year, and we will inform you, they never informed me, later in Januaru 2008 I again enquired, they told me that papers (RC) book showing transfer papers of my maruti were not submitted by me and i am not entitled for exchange bonus.

I have written several regitered letters to The MD, Sr Vice President of Hyundai motors India, but I have neither received any reply nor my cheque of Rs 10000 yet.
